Mel is an artist who lives in the tropical country of the Philippines.
she loves to paint sceneries, portraits and anything that would struck her mind using her favorite mediums (gouache & watercolor).
other than these, she's also has multiple hobbies that's keeping her sane.
lastly, she's also a young adult who's struggling to balance her dreams and social life.

Terms and Condition
GENERAL / UPON ORDERING
1. Please make sure that you have fully read and understand my terms and conditions before ordering.
2. Please be advised also that you have to receive my confirmation first before sending any payment.
3. Provide the complete details/instructions of your request.
4.Clear photo reference is a MUST.

DELIVERY TIME
1. The process will took up to 1 – 14 days depending on my schedule since I’m a human too and has different responsibilities in life.
2. No rush orders please.
PAYMENT
1. Payment will be in 50 – 50 basis (50% before sketch, 50% before sending the final output) or full before I start the sketching phase.
2. Payment should be also sent after I accepted your request/commission.
3. NO PAYMENT = NO SLOT
4. Mode of Payments will be thru PayPal (International) or GCash (PH Local)
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
1.Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders once the commission started.
2.Refund will only be applicable once THE COMMISSION HAVE NOT YET STARTED.
REVISIONS
1. Maximum of 2 revisions will be accepted. Revisions will also take place during sketching phase. Additional revisions after this phase will no longer be accepted.
2. Additional revisions will result to additional payment.
FINAL PIECE
1.The final output shall be delivered email or Google drive to keep the quality of the image.
ARTIST RIGHTS
1. I have the rights to decline a commission, with or without any reason.
2. I will only draw using my art style. You can refer to my portfolio to check what I offer.
3. I have the rights to post any of my commissioned piece.
TERMS OF USE
1. Commissioned piece can be used as icons, banner, wallpaper, and etc. As long as it’s for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
2. Clients must also GIVE PROPER CREDITS TO THE ARTIST when posting it on social media by providing the artist’s social media handles/platform.
3. Commissioned piece is strictly prohibited to use on any merchandise or non-profit use, unless with proper permission from the artist.
4. If the commissioned piece will be used for commercial purposes, the client must advise the artist beforehand. Prices also will be doubled from its original price.
PRIVACY
1. Any information (full name, contact no., account no. and etc) from the artist and vice versa shall not be disclosed in any form.
